The dream of owning something or our own existed from the time we met. Deciding to open a Beef ‘O' Brady's came after a lot of research, praying, and a huge leap of faith.

Moe graduated from El Camino High School in Oceanside , Ca. After high school he decided to join the Army. While he was in the Army he enjoyed being stationed in Gunzburg , Germany for 2 years. He then got out of the Army and began attending Fayetteville Technical Community College and earned his Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. After he graduated from Fayetteville Tech he began working for a company called NCR. He worked their several years before taking a job at Cape Fear Valley Hospital . He worked at the hospital right up until it was time to go to Florida and train to open our own Beef ‘O' Brady's.

I graduated from Blooming dale High School in Brandon, Fl. After high school I attended Florida State University where I earned my bachelors degree in Management Information Systems. I worked different jobs in my field and eventually ended up working at Cape Fear Valley Hospital . I worked there for a couple years and yes this is where Moe and I met. I then left the hospital to take another job where I traveled Monday thru Thursday every week. This was a great job until our first son was born. I realized I was not happy traveling anymore and that's when the plan to open our own business was set in motion.

We wanted to find something that we would enjoy doing. We both love sports and for the brief stint that I was involved with restaurants growing up I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Neither one of us had ever run a restaurant before so we knew we would have to find a franchise with a good support structure. I grew up eating at Beef ‘O' Brady's in Brandon . Any time we went to Florida to visit my family we would always go to Beef's so Moe could enjoy some wings. We both loved the food, atmosphere, and concept of Beef ‘O' Brady's so logically it was the perfect fit. After about a year of planning and learning we were able to open the doors to our first Beef's in Hope Mills, NC on December 5, 2005. This was the day that our dream of owning our own business became a reality.

In between everything else mentioned above we were building our family. We both come from strong families and enjoy spending family time when we can find it. We have twin daughters, Sydney and Taylor, two sons Ajay, who already enjoys greeting guests and talking to our regulars. and then the baby Drew. He still has a lot to learn from his brother where customer service is concerned, but most of our regulars know him as the permanent fixture on my hip.

Between the restaurant and the family, every day is an adventure. We are truly blessed and pray that God continues to bless us each day in all that we do.
